Google Pixel Buds Pro 2

I traveled to Japan and Portugal in the past four months with these. Live Translate made ordering food, navigating, and chatting with locals possible in ways I've never experienced. One person would speak, I'd hear the translation in my ear within about a second. It sounds gimmicky but it's transformative. The ANC is excellent on planes, the battery gets through a full day without charging, and Google Assistant works seamlessly with my Pixel 8 Pro. Best earbuds I've owned.

As a Pixel 8 user, these integrate beautifully and the seamless Google experience is genuinely polished. The 8-hour battery is the best I've found at this price point — I charge once every 2-3 days. ANC is solid in offices and transit, though still behind Bose. Sound quality is warm and pleasant but lacks the detail of Sony XM5. If you're deep in Google's ecosystem, these are a great choice. If you use iPhone or want the absolute best sound quality, look elsewhere.

First high-end earbuds I've owned and I'm very happy. They paired with my Samsung Galaxy instantly and I've never had a connection drop in six months. The battery lasts through my entire workday including a 90-minute run in the morning. Google Assistant is handy for quick tasks while my hands are busy. My only experience with the microphone being poor was one outdoor call on a windy day — my friend said I sounded awful. Indoors and calm outdoors it sounds fine.
