Great health tracker, limited smartwatch

Pros

  • +Sleep tracking is incredibly detailed
  • +EDA stress scans actually help me manage anxiety
  • +Battery easily lasts 5-6 days

Cons

  • -App migration has been frustrating
  • -No Google Maps or navigation

I bought the Sense 2 specifically for health tracking and it delivers on that promise. The sleep data is the most detailed I've seen outside of a clinical device — it tracks skin temperature changes, SpO2, and gives a daily readiness score. The EDA stress scans have become a daily habit. Battery life is legitimately 6 days with my usage. Where it falls short is as a smartwatch — the app ecosystem is thin and the Google migration has been rocky. But as a health companion? It's excellent for the price.

App transition ruined my experience

Verified

Pros

  • +Hardware feels premium
  • +Good sleep data when it syncs

Cons

  • -Google app sync breaks constantly
  • -Lost 2 years of historical Fitbit data
  • -Customer support useless

The hardware is fine, but Google's acquisition has made this watch unreliable. When they forced me to migrate to the Google Fitbit app, I lost two years of sleep data. Sync now fails about once a week requiring an app reinstall. The watch itself still tracks, but I can't access the insights that make Fitbit valuable. Until the software situation stabilizes, I cannot recommend this.

Perfect for my wellness routine

Verified
By Priya N.Owned 1 yearintermediate user2026-01-22

Pros

  • +Reliable stress tracking changed my habits
  • +Comfortable for 24/7 wear
  • +Battery never lets me down

Cons

  • -Wish there were more third-party apps

I've worn this every day for a year. The EDA sensor and stress scores helped me identify that my stress peaks on Sunday evenings — I've adjusted my schedule around that insight. Sleep tracking shows me exactly how alcohol and late nights affect my sleep quality. I haven't had the app issues others mention, maybe because I was already on Google Fitbit from day one. For under $200, this is an exceptional health wearable.
