Great health tracker, limited smartwatch
Pros
- +Sleep tracking is incredibly detailed
- +EDA stress scans actually help me manage anxiety
- +Battery easily lasts 5-6 days
Cons
- -App migration has been frustrating
- -No Google Maps or navigation
I bought the Sense 2 specifically for health tracking and it delivers on that promise. The sleep data is the most detailed I've seen outside of a clinical device — it tracks skin temperature changes, SpO2, and gives a daily readiness score. The EDA stress scans have become a daily habit. Battery life is legitimately 6 days with my usage. Where it falls short is as a smartwatch — the app ecosystem is thin and the Google migration has been rocky. But as a health companion? It's excellent for the price.
